Poster display with discussions will be held as the following schedule. Presenters are requested to mount your poster materials on the assigned board before the poster session and remain in front of your panel during this period.
Schedule for Presentation
Date & Time: 12:30 - 14:00, October 26(Sun) and 12:20 - 13:50, October 27(Mon)
Venue: Wakayama Prefectural Culture Hall
Please come to the registration desk, the foyer of the Main Hall, before mounting.
Lunch: Light meal lunch, rice ball "Onigiri" will be provided.
Mounting & Removal
Mounting: 16:00 - 18:00, October 25(Sat) AND 09:00 - 12:30, October 26(Sun)
Removal: 17:00 - 18:00, October 27(Mon)
*Please do not remove your poster until the Symposium is over. (removal time)
*Please be informed that if you do not remove your poster during the removal time, all remaining posters on the board will be discarded afterwards.
Poster size
Please prepare a heading label showing the title, affiliation, country and authors' name with the size of W 70cm x H 20cm. The label is not necessary if your poster is made in one sheet which includes the above information. Poster number will be assigned on your board.
Please be noted that only thumb tacks are allowed to put your poster on the board. (We will provide the thumb tacks.)
