Simultaneous Translation

Simultaneous translation of English - Japanese is available for Keynote lectures and the sessions. The simultaneous interpretation receiver will be distributed at the dedicated desk located at the foyer of the Wakayama Prefectural Culture Hall.
The channels for respective languages are as follows: Channel 1: Japanese
Channel 2: English
Channel 3: Original

NOTE: Be sure to return the receiver when you leave the hall.

Name badge

Please wear your name badge at all times during the Symposium program.

Lunch

Light meal lunch, rice ball, "Japanese Onigiri", will be provide during lunch time at the distribution desk located at foyer of Main Hall at 3rd floor. The seats of 3rd floor of the Hall will be open to eat lunch. No other place in the Hall is allowed to eat or drink.

Registration Desk

Registration for the Symposium will take place in the foyer on the 2nd floor of the Main Hall of Wakayama Prefectural Culture Hall.

Registration times are as follows:October 25 (Sat.) 15:00 - 18:00
October 26 (Sun.) 08:00 - 18:30
October 27 (Mon.) 08:30 - 16:30

Pre-registration (for those who have registered in advance)

Please present your confirmation letter, which will have been sent to you by the Registration Desk prior to the Symposium for quick and accurate processing and pick up your congress materials.

Accompanying persons*2 15,000 yen

*1 Student participants are required to bring the student ID to the registration desk.
*2 Abstract co-authors can not be allowed to register as an accompanying person. Please note that accompanying persons are only family members or spouses of registered participants. Accompanying persons can not participate in any of the scientific sessions.

The registration fee for Regular and Students includes:
1. Admission to Scientific programs
2. Admission to the Exhibition
3. Documentation including a book of abstracts
4. Reception on Oct. 26
5. Light meal lunch (rice ball, "Japanese Onigiri")
6. Coffee Breaks

The fee for Accompanying persons includes:
1. Reception on Oct. 26
2. Coffee Breaks
*Accompanying persons will not be admitted to scientific programs.

All payments must be made in Japanese yen with credit card or by cash. No other type of payment will be accepted.
