Pre-registration has been closed.
On-site Registration will be available at the venue.

Registration for the Symposium will take place in the foyer on the 2nd floor of the Main Hall of Wakayama Prefectural Culture Hall.

Registration times are as follows:
October 25 (Sat.) 15:00 - 18:00
October 26 (Sun.) 08:00 - 18:30
October 27 (Mon.) 08:30 - 16:30

Please remember to take your registration confirmation letter to the venue.

Participants are requested to register in advance by online registration. Note: No registration is complete until the full registration fee has been received.

*1. Student participants are required to send the copy of student ID to the registration desk by fax or post.
*2. Abstract co-authors can not be allowed to register as an accompanying person. Please note that accompanying persons are only family members or spouses of registered participants.
Accompanying persons can not participate in any of the scientific sessions.

2. Registration Procedure
Only on-line registration is accepted.

3. Payment Method
All payments must be made in Japanese yen with credit card or by bank transfer.
No other type of payment will be accepted.
Deadline for the registration by bank transfer: October 1, 2008
After October 2, the registration will be available only with credit card.

  • (2) Bank Transfer (telegraphic transfer only)

    Please note that all transfer charges (both incurred at the paying bank and the beneficiary's bank and intermediary bank if any) must be paid by participants.
    The bank account will be informed to you on the last screen of the on-line registration, or by e-mail to be sent automatically after completion of the on-line registration.

    Remittance must be arranged no later than:
    · October 1 (Wed.), 2008

    * Please indicate participant's name and application number which will be issued after completion of the on-line registration in the message field on the remittance application. If you are unable to provide this information, please contact the registration desk. (For Overseas Participants Only)

    For quick and accurate processing of your registration, we would appreciate your sending a copy of the bank remittance receipt.

4. Confirmation
Upon receiving your application and fee, the registration desk will send you a confirmation letter with your registration number by post from September. Please remember to bring this confirmation letter with you when you register and pick up your materials upon arrival at the venue.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation must be made to the registration desk in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
· Cancellations received by September 30, 2008:
 50% of the total will be refunded.
· Cancellations received on or after October 1, 2008: No refund.
Please note that all refunds will be made after the Symposium. Procedure costs for cancellation refunds will also be applied to participants.
